I will be on vacation to Florida for a week with my niece and nephew. Not going to be able to raid while down there.

I will likely not be able to raid. I am being sent to San Diego by work for two weeks. Laptop and hotel internet do not make for easy raiding!

lol. im not paying to bring my computer and set it up in a hotel. Yes. Im flying. Basically Im going to be at a facility everyday from 8-5 (7 server)

I will not be able to raid 7-19, 7-20, 7-26, 7-27. I am getting sent to Texas for work and my laptop is not able to do more then questing. So i am sorry to say i will not be able to raid these dates.

I am going to be late. I have a 7pm appointment at the car dealership. I will be on once i get home.

I will likely not be around. I am flying home from a business trip to Boston and my plane doesnt land until after raid start.

I wont be at raid, its my birthday and i am going to the Tigers game after work.

I am house/dog sitting for the week. I will likely not be able to raid. I wont have my desktop, and my laptop cant handle raids. I will prolly be online during the week, the laptop can pretty much only handle questing.

Ive leveled a few times on the beta. Im still figuring out which way i am going to level/ spec to play. Im very indecisive about it. Anywho, Im thinking that i will be leveling in Val'sharah. However, i wont be starting to play till the night of launch. I have to work on Tuesday, so Im hoping any issues will be fixed and the zone not crazy

i will be holy healing. Playing disc on beta and it is the suck. i dont even think that it does decent dmg either. its super weak, the idea is great...but i dont see how any raid would have a disc now.

i dont think you will have a problem with people locking themselves to raids if you dont raid on tuesday. If the raid times are wednesday and thursday, people understand thats when you raid. Tuesday would just be reset day, not a raid day. It honestly shouldnt have an effect. At this point, you have to pick the lesser of the two evils. for example...if 1 person cant make fridays, and 5 cant make mondays....you would pick friday to raid as you would be missing less people. my 2 cents

Eh..i already ordered a new card. Just waiting on it to come in. Ive been questing on my laptop...but 12 fps is no bueno for raiding or even running dungeons

I currently have a 560 gtx ti. Its done me well for over four years lol I updated the drivers. But..my card crashes, sometimes it recovers..but then crashes again. other times it just crashes and i end up having to restart. other times it will let me log in wow and run around for a few..then crashes

So...My video card is dying. 99% of the time ive tried to play anything with any type of graphics this week the card crashes on me. I have ordered a new one...However..not expected until Friday. So..if it lets me log on..I will be on, other wise, im out until i get my new card set up.

Ive said it before...but I will be on mah PRIEST. Just not sure as of yet if im going to be maining as holy or disc. There are plus' to both specs and i have to play around with it / see how things change in the upcoming months.

So im just jumping in here, I see this point from both perspectives. Honestly, Bash I think that you may be looking straight at the negative and the fact that hes "airing dirty laundry" or whatever you want to call it and not looking at the bigger picture of what he is saying. I don't see Jesseh saying that we need to make the guild hardcore at all. What he is saying is that people need to be accountable for their actions. For example, Heroic Iskar...after we wipe on that fight for an hour plus to mechanics--the ball, the chakrum, etc. The last think I want to do is go kill something like...mythic hellfire assault. If people cant pay attention to a mechanic where all they have to do is run our or click a button to pass a ball, it does not bode well for learning some of the mechanics in mythic. As well, on reaver (im guilty of it myself), we should be getting out of the cone effect, should have from when we started the fight back on normal, but people are still getting hit by it. Now it does the damage where it fucks the raid. Two or three people get it, its a wipe instantly. So hes not saying to make the guild more hardcore, this guild is as fall from hardcore as there is. What he is saying is that people need to be accountable, sat, had ep taken away, missed out on loot, etc for the mistakes that they cause that fuck the rest of the raid. And while some may think "oh we can carry 1-2 people", we CANT in mythic everyone has to be their part. And in all honestly, I dont want to carry people, that takes the fun out of it when we wipe until we get to the point that we can provide "coverage" for the person that fucked up. It also means, that people arnt doing everything that they can to improve their toon. Why not take advantage of the free food that was put in the bank? Why do people Still not have their own food. I personally come to raid with my flasks, potions, food, and even feasts. It can also go to having the mats/enchants for gear that may drop or even having the best enchant on your gear available even though you are waiting on a better drop. Its about being prepared to raid and using all the tools available to make your toon better and in return make your boss attempts better. As a whole, what I get from Jesseh is that hes frustrated and a little bit sad that people are not taking going into mythic seriously. You can still have a good time and do the mechanics and bosses correctly. The things that he is asking for arnt that hard. Raid guilds need to have their raiders give a fuck about their toons. What needs to be remembered here, is that we are a group and 20ish raiders. We all fail and achieve as a team. Calling each other out for opinions or having negative thoughts will not solve shit. We are not all going to think the same. I think that all a whole, some type of balance does need to be found if we are to continue mythic and that everyone needs to remember that there is not an I in TEAM. Everything one person does effects the other 19 people. This is MY 2 cents, take it how you will. Edit: I didnt read to the end, and basically just said what Jesseh said in his last post.

So I forgot to post this. Im not going to be around this week, and potentially next week. My mother is in the hospital. Its not looking very good with whats going on. As a result, I have been spending my downtime not on wow. I will prolly be logged on doing random things on my laptop from the hospital etc. But not raiding this week, I have too many things going on right now with the hospital issues with my mother.
